General definition of a "healthy roll'
In various food establishments, when you order a so-called "healthy roll', you're guaranteed to get a crunchy roll, first deep frozen then finished off in the oven, with a few grains sprinkled on top, smeared with a great dollop of mayonnaise or butter or some other fatty ingredient.
