The aim of the owner of this vegetarian restaurant is to create delectable breakfast and lunch menus for all sorts of people on all sorts of diets. No mayonnaise, butter, cream or eggs are used in the salads and rolls. Furthermore, all products are gluten-free, from the home-made bread to the cookies with your coffee.
